Due to the long customs entry review time in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, United States, Canada and United Kingdom, the delivery time of some orders may take 4 to 8 weeks. 2. Shipment of Orders
If the payment is made before 1pm (overseas) / before 5pm (local) from Monday to Friday, Infitech Limited will arrange the shipment on the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. (overseas) / after 5 p.m. (local), Saturdays, Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Please understand that the delivery time may be affected by holidays, festivals, weather, traffic and other factors in different countries.

4. Shipping delays
The delivery time listed on this website is only the estimated delivery time, except that the following circumstances may cause delivery delays, this website will not be responsible for any delays:
4.1 Delays in delivery due to customs policies or taxes;
4.2 In the event of Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter or other long holidays, etc., which will affect the time of international mailing; and
4.3 If the delivery time is delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, port closure, modification of delivery address after delivery and other factors.
5. Orders cannot be delivered
If the delivery address is unknown, no one collects the mail, the recipient refuses to pay the tax, etc., the goods cannot be cleared by customs, or the recipient refuses to receive the goods, etc., the mail may be returned and Infitech Limited will not be able to deliver the goods to you. If you request redelivery, you will be required to pay all shipping costs incurred as a result, which are based on the original delivery method and delivery country/region of the member's order. 6. Product Ownership, Customs and Taxes
6.1 By completing the ordering process, you undertake to be responsible for any surcharges, taxes or import documents required for the delivery of the ordered products.
6.2 Ownership of the Products will be transferred from Infitech Limited to you after the Products are shipped, and you will be responsible for any losses incurred if they are detained by the relevant authorities at the destination and place of operation during the delivery period.
6.3 If the Products are shipped to a place or country outside Hong Kong, you may be required to pay surcharges, taxes, or register or apply for an import licence for the Products to the destination or transhipment place, as these charges and documents are subject to the laws of the destination of shipment, Infitech Limited cannot anticipate such charges and will not be liable for such payment or document application procedures.
6.4 Infitech Limited is required to declare the value of the products outside the parcel and the details of the products contained in the parcel for customs clearance purposes as the payment of surcharges, taxes, or registration of the products to the destination or application for an import licence in respect of the goods are in accordance with the import laws of the local country.
6.5 Infitech Limited is not in a position to adjust the value of the Products on the customs declaration documents, if you have any questions about the import duties and laws of the relevant region or country, please contact your local customs office.
6.6 If the product is finally returned by customs, the ownership of the product will be transferred back to Infitech Limited, and the website will charge you for the additional shipping costs and related charges incurred as compensation.
7. Tariff matters
Merchandise arranged by Hongkong Post – Speedpost may receive a notice from Customs (in writing, by telephone or SMS) for customs clearance, and the fee will not be refunded if the recipient is required to pay the customs duty upon receipt of the above levy notice.
