About the Role
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Operations & Marketing Officer to drive efficiency and amplify our brand presence in a fast-growing biotechnology startup. This hybrid role blends operational excellence, creative marketing, and sales support to fuel INFItech’s expansion in Asian and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
· Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and procurement to ensure seamless workflows.
· Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support organizational goals.
Marketing Execution
· Create and distribute marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital content) with performance tracking.
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) and analyze their impact.
· Research competitors and market trends to inform strategic marketing plans.
Sales Support
· Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
· Compile and analyze sales data to generate actionable performance reports.
· Plan and execute events, such as product launches and trade shows, to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
Education & Background
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Open to recent graduates with a passion for operations and marketing.
· Certifications in marketing, project management, or digital tools (e.g., Google Ads) are a plus.
Language Proficiency
· Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in business-level English (written and spoken).
· Working knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
Technical Competencies
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
· Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
